Can you ensure that the bins at Lowton Civic Hall are emptied on a regular basis and can you arrange for a member of staff to attend site a clear the litter around the car park area.

Thank you for contacting Wigan Council,
 
I have spoken to our Cleansing Supervisor who has said we have emptied these litter bins today due to the complaints but it is actually the responsibility of our partner Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust to empty these bins and clear the area as they maintain it.
 
I have copied Leisure in to this email for them to action this for you.

Could you please ensure that the truck which empties the waste bins can gain access to Lowton Civic Hall car park bins because they are now overflowing and someone has had a ‘polystyrene party’ !!!
